Palmieri, Mayor; Diana Koury, Deputy Comptroller; Celeste Friend, 3rd District Councilmember; Michael Galime, Common Council President; Heather Mowat, Budget Director David Short, Department of Public Works Commissioner Also Present: Melissa Sciortino, City Clerk; Andrew Castilla, Deputy City Clerk David Longeretta, Assistant Corporation Council RESOLUTION TO AUTHORIZE CITY COMPTROLLER TO APPROPRIATE FUNDS FOR A DASNY GRANT AWARD FOR PARKING IMPROVEMENTS TO DOWNTOWN UTICA. $1,364,725.50 TO CAPTIAL – NYS DASNY GRANT, $1,364,725.50 TO CAPTIAL – DASNY PARKING LOT/STATIONS.
