City of Utica Board of Estimate & Apportionment – Regular Meeting February 6, 2024 The meeting is called to order at 3:10 p.m. Present: Michael P. Galime, Mayor; Katie Aiello, 1st District Councilmember; Rocco Giruzzi, Common Council President; David Short, Department of Public Works Commissioner; William Morehouse, Comptroller Also Present: Melissa Sciortino, City Clerk; Andrew Castilla, Deputy City Clerk; Diana Koury, Deputy Comptroller; Michael Gentile, Chief of Staff RESOLUTION TO AUTHORIZE RETAINING OF OUTSIDE COUNCIL TO REPRESENT THE CITY OF UTICA CONCERNING THE CITY OF UTICA DUMP A motion is made by Mayor Galime The motion is seconded by Morehouse Ayes: Galime, Morehouse, Giruzzi, Aiello, Short – 5 Nays: 0 Adopted. Mayor Galime presented a preliminary budget for the 2024-2025 fiscal year to the Board. Tuesday, February 13 th will be the proposed budget presentation.
