City of Utica Board of Estimate & Apportionment – Regular Meeting March 19, 2024 The meeting is called to order at 3:12 p.m. Present: Katie Aiello, 1st District Councilmember; Rocco Giruzzi, Common Council President; David Short, Department of Public Works Commissioner; William Morehouse, Comptroller Also Present: Melissa Sciortino, City Clerk; Andrew Castilla, Deputy City Clerk; David Longeretta, Corporation Counsel, Attorney Diana Khoury, Deputy Comptroller A motion is made by Morehouse to enter into Executive Session to discuss 2305 Genesee Street, Pajazetovic, v. the City of Utica The motion is seconded by Councilmember Giruzzi A motion is made by Giruzzi to end Executive Session The motion is seconded by Morehouse RESOLUTION TO AUTHORIZE A TRANSFER OF FUNDS: $800.00 FROM ENGINEERING STIIPEND TO $100.00 ENGINEERING CLOTHING, $300.00 ENGINEERING PRINTING, $400.00 ENGINEERING MEMBERSHIPS A motion is made by Aiello The motion is seconded by Morehouse Ayes: Aiello, Morehouse, Giruzzi, Short – 4 Nays: 0 Adopted.
