Galime, Mayor; Katie Aiello, 1st District Councilmember; Rocco Giruzzi, Common Council President William Morehouse, Comptroller; David Short, Department of Public Works Commissioner; Almir Kaltak, Budget Director Nicholas Bridenbecker, Deputy City Engineer Also Present: Melissa Sciortino, City Clerk/Secretary to E&A Andrew Castilla, Deputy City Clerk RESOLUTION TO AUTHORIZE AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN WILLIAM BORRILL AND ROCCO ARCURI IN THE AMOUNT OF $140,000 DUE TO THE ALLEGED NEGLIGENCE OF THE CITY OF UTICA A motion is made by Mayor Galime The motion is seconded by Morehouse Ayes: Galime, Morehouse, Aiello, Giruzzi, Short – 5 Nays: 0 Adopted.
