Present: Katie Aiello, 1st District Councilmember; William Morehouse, Comptroller; David Short, Department of Public Works Commissioner; Rocco Giruzzi, Common Council President Also Present: Andrew Castilla, Deputy City Clerk; Almir Kaltak, Budget Director RESOLUTION TO AUTHORIZE A SETTLEMENT IN THE AMOUNT OF $20,000 IN THE CASE OF PAJAZETOVIC V. THE CITY OF UTICA A motion is made by Giruzzi The motion is seconded by Morehouse Ayes: Giruzzi, Morehouse, Aiello, Short – 4 Nays: 0 Adopted. RESOLUTION TO AUTHORIZE AN MOA FOR THE CIVIL SERVICE TITLE OF LABORER, WAGE RATE INCREASE FROM $16.97 TO $19.00 FOR THE EMPLOYEE CURRENLTY HOLDING THE POSITION A motion is made by Aiello The motion is seconded by Giruzzi Ayes: Aiello, Giruzzi, Morehouse, Short – 4 Nays: 0 Adopted. RESOLUTION TO AUTHORIZE AN EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT. PART TIME CLERK IN THE PURCHASING DEPARTMENT AT A RATE OF $30 PER HOUR.
