City of Utica Board of Estimate & Apportionment – Regular Meeting December 10, 2024 The meeting is called to order at 3:00 P.M. Present: Michael Galime, Mayor; Diana Koury, Deputy Comptroller; Katie Aiello, 1st District Councilmember; David Short, DPW Commissioner Also Present: Andrew Castilla, Deputy City Clerk; Almir Kaltak, Budget Director RESOLUTION TO AUTHORIZE A TRANSFER OF FUNDS; $18,686.60 FROM COMPUTER EQUIPMENT, $18.686.60 TO OTHER EQUIPMENT. CITY WIDE COMPUTERS HAVE EXPIRING HARDWARE THAT WILL NO LONGER RECEIVE SUPPORT PUTTING ALL OF THE CITY’S DATA AT RISK A motion is made by Councilmember Aiello The motion is seconded by Mayor Galime Ayes: Aiello, Galime, Koury, Short – 4 Nays: 0 Adopted.
