City of Utica Board of Estimate & Apportionment – Regular Meeting April 8, 2025 The meeting is called to order at 3:08 PM Present: Diana Koury, Deputy Comptroller; Katie Aiello, 1st District Councilmember; Mark Sokolowski, DPW Commissioner; Rocco Giruzzi, Common Council President; Michael Galime, Mayor Also Present: Andrew Castilla, Deputy City Clerk; Almir Kaltac, Budget Director RESOLUTION TO AUTHORIZE A TRANSFER OF FUNDS: $2,500 FROM OFF STREET PARKING – ELECTRIC, $2,500 TO OFF STREET PARKING – REPAIRS. TO COVER THE REPAIR OF THE DAMAGED KENNEDY GARAGE EV CHARGER A motion is made by Mayor The motion is seconded by Koury Ayes: Galime, Koury, Giruzzi, Aiello, Sokolowski – 5 Nays: 0 Adopted.
