City of Utica Board of Estimate & Apportionment – Regular Meeting May 20, 2025 The meeting is called to order at 3:03 PM Present: Michael Galime, Mayor; William Morehouse, Comptroller; Mark Sokolowski, DPW Commissioner; Rocco Giruzzi, Common Council President Also Present: Andrew Castilla, Deputy City Clerk; Melissa Sciortino, City Clerk; Almir Kaltac, Budget Director A motion to amend to first piece to correct an error in the total amount, $45,000 replaces $37,000 made by Mr. Giruzzi Seconded by Mr. Morehouse None opposed RESOLUTION TO INCORPORATE FUNDS; $45,000 TO BARRICADE TRAILER. WITH THE SUCCESSFUL ACQUISITION OF A METAL BARRICADE SET THROUGH GRANTS, A TRAILER SYSTEM IS REQUIRED FOR EASY LOADING AND UNLOADING A motion is made by Mayor Galime The motion is seconded by Giruzzi Ayes: Galime, Giruzzi, Sokolowski, Morehouse – 4 Nays: 0 Adopted. RESOLUTION TO INCORPORATE FUNDS; $180,688 TO SALARIES, $12,444 TO HOLIDAY, $1,200 TO COLTHING ALLOWANCE, $134,732 TO EMPLOYEE BENEFITS. A TOTAL OF $329,064.
