City of Utica Board of Estimate & Apportionment – Regular Meeting September 9th, 2025 The meeting is called to order at 3:05 PM Present: Michael P. Galime, Mayor; William Morehouse, Comptroller; Katie Aiello, Councilmember, 1st Ward; Mark Sokolowski, DPW Commissioner Also Present: Melissa Sciortino, City Clerk; Andrew Castilla, Deputy City Clerk; Almir Kaltac, Budget Director; RESOLUTION TO INCORPORATE THE FOLLOWING SWIMS GRANT: $24,690 TO WAGES.
