City of Utica Board of Estimate & Apportionment – Regular Meeting January 27th, 2026 The meeting is called to order at 3:02 PM Present: Michael Galime, Mayor; Katie Aiello, Councilmember; Frank Meola, Comptroller; Rocco Giruzzi, Common Council President; Mark Sokolowski, DPW Commissioner Also Present: Melissa Sciortino, City Clerk; Andrew Castilla, Deputy City Clerk; Almir Kaltac, Budget Director RESOLUTION TO AUTHORIZE A TRANSFER OF FUNDS: $3,500 FROM CONTRACTED SERVICES TO REPAIRS. RESOLUTION TO AUTHORIZE A TRANSFER OF FUNDS: $8,000 FROM CONTRACTED SERVICES TO REPAIRS. RESOLUTION TO AMEND THE TABLE OF ORGANIZATION OF THE 25-26 CITY OF UTICA BUDGET IN THE OFFICE OF THE COMPTROLLER. ADD: PART-TIME SENIOR CLERK EFFECTIVE JANUARY 28, 2026 AT $34.96 PER HOUR. TO BRING FORMER SENIOR ADMINISTRATIVE AIDE BACK TO HELP OUT IN THE ABSENCE OF THE ACCOUNTANT IN THE COMPTROLLER TAX DEPARTMENT.
