RESOLUTION 2023-2024 Fiscal Year BY : RESOLVED, The City Comptroller is hereby authorized and directed to incorporate the following projects into the 2023-2024 City budget as follows: Dr. Cr. H416.571001.X33 Parks Improvements $ 470,000.00 H416.571001.X34 Parking Lot Improve. $ 650,000.00 H57197.211.X33 Parks Improvements $470,000.00 H51997.211.X34 Parking Lot Improve. $650,000.00 EXPLANATION: To incorporate the projects adopted in the bond ordinance passed by the Common Council on 12/20/2023.  RESOLUTION 2023-2024 Fiscal Year Supplemental Appropriation 2024 BY : RESOLVED, The City Comptroller is hereby authorized and directed to incorporate the following supplemental appropriation into the 2023-2024 City budget as follows: Dr. Cr. H416.571001.W1 2022-23 Paving – Chips $2,500,000.00 H55197.211.W1 2022-23 Paving Cap. Outlay $2,500,000.00 EXPLANATION: To increase 2022-2023 paving contract by the bond ordinance passed by the Common Council on 12/20/2023. BY: RESOLVED, that WILLIAM BORRILL, Corporation Counsel for the City of Utica, be authorized to enter into a settlement agreement for all claims in all courts concerning Utica City Hall with TRAVIS WOODS due to the alleged damages, attorneys fees, costs and other disbursements sustained by Plaintiff(s), due to the alleged causes of action against the City of Utica, its agents, servants, and/or employees, in the amount of TWENTY- FIVE THOUSAND DOLLARS AND ZERO CENTS ($25,000.00) be, and the same is hereby approved.
