Convene into executive session pursuant to Texas Government Code Section 551.071, Consultation with Attorney, to discuss pending or contemplated litigation or on a matter in which the duty of the attorney to the governmental body under the Texas Disciplinary Rules of Professional Conduct of the State Bar of Texas clearly conflicts with Chapter 551, related to the Robb Elementary School incident on May 24, 2022. 5. NEW BUSINESS 5.A. Presentation of Independent Expert Investigative Report regarding the Uvalde Police Department. 5.B. Citizen Input on Independent Expert Investigative Report regarding the Uvalde Police Department. Citizens are requested to sign up prior to council meeting if requesting time to address council. 5.C. Consideration and Action on waiving the attorney-client privilege concerning the Independent Expert Investigative Report regarding the Uvalde Police Department. 6.
