EXECUTIVE SESSION The City Council of the City of Uvalde, Texas, will convene into executive session in accordance with the purposes permitted by the Open Meetings Act: 4.A. Convene into executive session pursuant to section 551.074, consultation with attorney to deliberate the appointment, employment, evaluation, reassignment, duties, discipline, or dismissal of the Municipal Court Judge. 5. RECONVENE FROM EXECUTIVE SESSION 5.A. Reconvene into open session and take action as deemed appropriate in the City Council’s discretion regarding the appointment, employment, evaluation, reassignment, duties, discipline, or dismissal of the Municipal Court Judge. 6.
