Convene into executive session pursuant to Texas Government Code Section 551.071, Consultation with Attorney, to discuss pending or contemplated litigation or on a matter in which the duty of the attorney to the governmental body under the Texas Disciplinary Rules of Professional Conduct of the State Bar of Texas clearly conflicts with Chapter 551, related to the Robb Elementary School incident on May 24, 2022. 4.B. Convene into executive session pursuant to Texas Government Code Section 551.073, to deliberate the appointment, employment, evaluation, reassignment, duties, discipline, or dismissal of a public officer or employee, police lieutenant/acting chief. 5.
