The special session of the City Council, City of Vermillion, South
Dakota was advertised for Wednesday, May 4, 2016 at 4:00 p.m. at the
Prentis Park swimming pool area.
1. Members Attending
Present: Collier-Wise, Willson, Mayor Powell
Absent: Erickson, Holland, Clarene Meins, Holly Meins Price, Ward
2. Groundbreaking for the new Prentis Park swimming pool project
Members present participated in the groundbreaking. As a quorum of City
Council members was not present, no action was taken.
3. Adjourn – None as there was no quorum

On May 4, 2016 at 4:00 p.m. in Prentis Park a groundbreaking for the new
Prentis Park swimming pool project will take place. As the groundbreaking is
for a municipal project, a quorum of City Council members may be present. No
City Council action will be taken.
