Special Meeting Agenda City Council 5:30 p.m. Special Meeting Wednesday, November 15, 2017 Vermillion Public Library 18 Church Street Vermillion, South Dakota 57069 On Wednesday, November 15, 2017 at 5:30 p.m., a consultant employed by the City of Vermillion and South Dakota Department of Transportation will be conducting a public open house / kick-off meeting as part of developing a Bike Master Plan for Vermillion. As the meeting is one-step in the process of developing a Bike Master Plan which is paid for through a grant from the South Dakota Department of Transportation and local matching funds from the City of Vermillion, a quorum of City Council members may be present. No City Council action will be taken. Council Meetings: City Council regular meetings are held the first and third Monday of each month at 7:00 p.m. If a meeting falls on a City holiday, the meeting will be scheduled for the following Tuesday.
