Special Meeting Agenda City Council, P & Z, HPC 7:00 p.m. Special Meeting Tuesday, December 5, 2023 25 Center Street City Council Chambers Vermillion, South Dakota 57069 On Tuesday December 5, 2023 at 7:00 p.m., the Vermillion City Council, Vermillion Planning and Zoning Commission, and Vermillion Historic Preservation Commission members will be attending the Jolley Historic District informational meeting. A quorum of City Council, Planning and Zoning Commission, and Historic Preservation Commission members may be present. No action from any governing body, board, or commission will be taken.
