MINUTES
COMMITTEE OF THE WHOLE MEETING
SEPTEMBER 16, 2013
1. The meeting was called to order by Mayor Jon Hochkammer at 6:55 p.m.
2. Roll call: Jon Hochkammer, Mike Bare, Luke Diaz, Elizabeth Doyle, Mac
McGilvray, Scott Manley, Heather Reekie, Brad Stiner, Dale Yurs. Also in
attendance: Bill Burns, City Administrator; Cindy Engelke, Finance Director.
3. Minutes of the July 30, 2013 Committee of the Whole Meeting. Motion by Bare,
seconded by Yurs, to approve the minutes of the July 30, 2013 Committee of the
Whole Meeting. Motion carried 8-0.
4. 2014 Annual Budget Kick-Off Presentation and Discussion. Mr. Burns and Ms.
Engelke provided the 2014 Budget kick-off presentation which included information
on the following topics:
2013 budget projections
Major issues facing the City in 2014 and future budgets
2014 budget objectives
Budget timeline, process and goals
5. Adjourn. Motion by Yurs, seconded by Diaz, to adjourn the Committee of the Whole
meeting at 8:44 p.m. Motion carried 8-0.
