CITY OF VERONA MINUTES FINANCE COMMITTEE AUGUST 29, 2016 VERONA CITY HALL 1. The meeting was called to order by William “Mac” McGilvray at 6:50 p.m. 2 Roll Call: William “Mac” McGilvray, Jack Linder, Elizabeth Doyle (arrived 7:05 p.m.) Also present: Jon Hochkammer, Mayor; Stacey Burkart, Library Director; Dave Walker, Parks Director; Theran Jacobson, PW Director; Jeff Mikorski, City Administrator, and Cindy Engelke, Finance Director. 3. Approval of the 8/22/2016 Finance Committee Minutes: Motion by McGilvray, seconded by Linder, to approve the 8/22/2016 Finance Committee minutes. Motion carried 2-0. 4. Discussion and Possible Action re: 2017 – 2021 City of Verona Five Year Capital Improvement Plan: Administration/Facilities- Stacey Burkart discussed the proposed remodeling requested for the Verona Public Library. Parks CIP- Dave Walker presented the Parks Capital Improvement Plan. PW CIP- Theran Jacobson presented the Public Works, Water, Sewer and Storm Water Capital Improvement Plans. He also discussed the Parking Lot projects in the Administration/Facility CIP related to the Senior Center and Library. 5 Adjournment: Motion by McGilvray, seconded by Doyle, to adjourn the Finance Committee Meeting at 9:50 p.m. Motion carried 3-0.
