CITY OF VERONA MINUTES FINANCE COMMITTEE OCTOBER 3, 2016 VERONA CITY HALL 1. The meeting was called to order by William “Mac” McGilvray at 5:01 p.m. 2 Roll Call: William “Mac” McGilvray, Jack Linder, Elizabeth Doyle (arrived 5:10 pm). Also present: Jeff Mikorski, City Administrator; Cindy Engelke, Finance Director; Jon Hochkammer, Mayor; Brad Stiner, Alderperson; Scott Stewart, Alderperson; Bernie Coughlin, Police Chief; Casey Dudley, Director of Recreation; and Adam Sayre, Director of Planning & Development 3. Approval of the 9/26/2016 Finance Committee Minutes: Motion by McGilvray, seconded by Linder, to approve the 9/26/2016 Finance Committee minutes. Motion carried 2-0. 4. Discussion and Possible regarding 2017 proposed operating budgets: Presentations from Chief Coughlin, Casey Dudley, and Adam Sayre on their specific department operational budgets were heard by the Finance Committee. No action was taken. 5. Adjournment: Motion by McGilvray, seconded by Linder, to adjourn the Finance Committee Meeting at 6:20 p.m. Motion carried 3-0.
