Discussion and Possible Action regarding approval of cleaning service contracts with Sundance BioClean, Inc. for City Hall/Police and Senior Center: Sayre stated the City has been looking at new cleaning contracts because of the poor services with the current company and hasn’t improved. The current cleaning service has been with the City for 10 years. The Library is currently uses Sundance and has been happy with the service. He stated although the City Hall/Police are about $600 more a month and the Senior Center is about $450 more a month, we feel there would be better service. The new service would start 1/1/2021 and the City could give 30 day notice if not happy with the service. We would try this for a year and see if we want to go out for bids again next year. We received 2 bids with both about the same cost, but with the Library already using them and happy with the services, staff recommends the change to Sundance. Motion was made by Kemp, seconded by Posey to approve the cleaning service contracts with Sundance BioClean, Inc. for the City Hall/Police and Senior Center. Motion carried 3-0.
