CITY OF VERONA MINUTES PERSONNEL COMMITTEE MARCH 24, 2014 VERONA CITY HALL 1. The meeting was called to order by Elizabeth Doyle at 6:15 p.m. 2. Roll Call: Mike Bare, Elizabeth Doyle, Dale Yurs (6:19 p.m.). Also present: Jon Hochkammer, Mayor; Bill Burns, City Administrator. 3. Approval of the Minutes of the February 10, 2014 Personnel Committee Minutes: Motion by Bare, seconded by Doyle, to approve the minutes of the February 10, 2014 Personnel Committee meeting. Voting Aye: Bare, Doyle. Voting No: None. 4. Adjourn into Closed Session Pursuant to Wis. Stat. 19.85(1)(c) for the Purpose of Discussing the Performance Evaluation of the City Administrator: Motion by Doyle, seconded by Bare, to convene in closed session pursuant to Wis. Stat. 19.85 (1)(c). Voting Aye: Bare, Doyle. Voting No: None. Motion by Doyle, seconded by Yurs, to return to open session. Motion carried 3-0. 5. Adjournment: Motion by Bare, seconded by Yurs, to adjourn the meeting at 6:28 p.m. Motion carried 3-0. Respectfully submitted, Bill Burns, City Administrator
