CITY OF VERONA MINUTES PERSONNEL COMMITTEE JANUARY 11, 2016 VERONA CITY HALL 1. The meeting was called to order by Elizabeth Doyle at 5:35 p.m. 2. Roll Call: Elizabeth Doyle, Heather Reekie. Absent (excused): Dale Yurs. Also present: Jon Hochkammer, Mayor; Bill Burns, City Administrator 3. Approval of the Minutes of the February 23, 2015 and December 14, 2015 Personnel Committee Minutes: Motion by Reekie, seconded by Doyle, to approve the minutes of the February 23 and December 14, 2015 Personnel Committee meeting. Motion carried 2-0. 4. Performance Evaluation of the City Administrator: Motion by Doyle, seconded by Reekie, to convene in closed session as authorized by Section 19.85(1)(c) of the Wisconsin Statutes for the purpose of considering personnel matters (performance evaluation of the City Administrator). Voting Aye: Doyle, Reekie. Voting No: None. Motion Doyle, seconded by Reekie, to return to open session. Motion carried 2-0. There was no action on this item in open session. 5.
