ID-25-0023 Pay Adjustment - Gas Department (1) On motion of Mayor Flaggs, Jr., seconded by Alderman Monsour, Jr., the Mayor and Aldermen voted to Approve the Pay Adjustment of a Locator at $12.07 per hour to a Foreman at $12.50 per hour, effective January 8, 2025 in the Gas Department, . ID-25-0024 Longevity Pay - Police Department (1) On motion of Mayor Flaggs, Jr., seconded by Alderman Monsour, Jr., the Mayor and Aldermen voted to Approve the Longevity Pay of a Secretary II from $12.79 per hour to $12.99 ($12.30 + $.09 + $.20 + $.20 + $0.20) per hour, effective January 4, 2025. Employee is entitled to an additional $.20 per hour increase for eight (8) years of service in the Police Department. ID-25-0025 Longevity Pay - Fire Department (1) On motion of Mayor Flaggs, Jr., seconded by Alderman Monsour, Jr., the Mayor and Aldermen voted to Approve the Longevity Pay of a Firefighter from $14.73 per hour to $14.83 ($14.47 + $.06 + $.10 + $.10 + $.10 ) per hour, effective January 7, 2025. Employee is entitled to an additional $.10 per hour increase for ten (10) years of service in the Fire Department. The motion was adopted unanimously by the following vote: Aye: 3- Mayor Flaggs Jr., Alderman Mayfield, and Alderman Monsour Jr. F. ID-25-0026 Suspension - Gas Department (1) On motion of Mayor Flaggs, Jr., seconded by Alderman Monsour, Jr., the Mayor and Aldermen voted to Approve the Suspension of a Firefighter/Ambulance III, effective August 10, 2024. Employee was placed on suspension for three (3) days due to attendance issues in the Gas Department.
