ID-25-1103 Longevity Pay - Cemetery (1) On motion of Mayor Flaggs, Jr., seconded by Alderman Monsour, Jr., the Mayor and Aldermen voted to Approve the Longevity Pay of an Office Assistant by changing the hourly rate from $15.85 to $16.05 (15.45 + .20 + .20 + .20), effective October 7, 2025. The employee is entitled to an additional $.20 per hour increase for five (5) years of service. The Retro Pay total due is $384.62; Retro Pay of the City Attorney who worked sixteen (16) hours for two (2) days at $57.6923/hour on September 15 & 16, 2025 during the time period of being sworn in as City Attorney.
