Town of Vienna 127 Center Street South Vienna, VA. 22180 p: 703-255-6300 TTY 7111 Meeting Minutes Board of Architectural Review Work Session Thursday, August 19, 2021 6:30 PM Vienna Town Hall The Board of Architectural Review met for a work session Tuesday August 19, 2021 at 6:30 pm in the Vienna Town Hall at 127 Center St S. Present in town hall were Chairman Roy Baldwin, Vice-Chair Michael Cheselka, Patty Hanley, Paul Layer. Linda van Doorn was absent. Principal Planner Kelly O’Brien, and Board Clerk Sharmaine Abaied were present in Town Hall. Board of Architectural Review - Continuity of Government Resolution for Continuity of Government Roll Call: Mr. Layer, Mr. Baldwin, Mr. Cheselka, and Ms. Hanley were present. Ms. van Doorn was absent Work Session 315 Maple Ave E - Chase Bank - Exterior Modifications Ms. Michelle Rosati, Land Use Attorney with Holland & Knight was present representing Chase Bank for 315 Maple Ave E. Ms. Rosati gave a presentation regarding the changes for the site. Cody Mudd from Bohler Engineering was present as well to answer questions.
