Request approval of Memorandum of Understanding between the Morton and Spaperri Family Foundation and the Town of Vienna for native and pollinator plantings on the Vienna Community Center property. "I move to approve the Memorandum of Understanding between the Morton and Spapperi Family Foundation and the Town to allow for native and pollinator plantings on the Vienna Community Center property. I further move that the mayor or vice mayor be authorized to execute the agreement." Or Other action deemed necessary by Council. The Northern Virginia Regional Gang Task Force payment "I move for the (approval/disapproval) to allow the Police Department to expend an amount not to exceed $25,000 from the account referenced above to the Northern Virginia Regional Gang Task Force as stated in the funding agreement." Request approval for additional FY17 spending with Double H Locates "I move to approve additional FY17 spending in the amount of $4,472 with Double H Locates." Intent to adopt ordinance amendments as recommended by the Planning Commission, staff, and Town Council regarding the Definitions section of the Zoning Ordinance, Article 2, Section 18.4 "I move to adopt amendments to the Definitions section of the Zoning Ordinance, Article 2, Section 18.4, as amended by Council on August 21, 2017, and I further move to direct the Town Clerk to advertise a "Notice of Adoption." I move that Town Council refer the proposed code amendment to Section 18-241- Decisions of Board, requiring that any BZA action results from the vote of a "majority of membership of the board" (4 votes), to the Planning Commission to review and make a recommendation to Council. Approval of an advisory Design Guidelines Steering Committee for the Maple Avenue Commercial Zone "I move that Council ratify the advisory Design Guidelines Steering Committee nominees as recommended by staff and the consultant."
