Roll Call Rollcall Present: 6- Council Member Chuck Anderson, Council Member Nisha Patel, Council Member Steve Potter, Council Member Ed Somers, Council Member Howard J. Springsteen and Mayor Linda Colbert Absent: 1- Council Member Ray Brill Jr. 2. Resolution A. 20-1860 Resolution for Continuity of Government Mayor Colbert stated that the meeting is being conducted in accordance with the continuity of Government modified meeting procedure. Council voted unanimously in favor of the resolution. A. 20-1860 Resolution for Continuity of Government Aye: 6- Council Member Anderson, Council Member Patel, Council Member Potter, Council Member Somers, Council Member Springsteen and Mayor Colbert Absent: 1- Council Member Brill 3. Regular Business A. 20-1861 Proposed Emergency Ordinance to Permit Temporary Waivers of Zoning Regulations and Review for Public, Semi-Public and Private Institutions Adversely Affected by the Ongoing Pandemic Disaster It was moved to approve an Emergency Ordinance pursuant to the expanded use of institutional outdoor operations subject to conditions outlined in the emergency ordinance. It was further moved to direct the Town Clerk to advertise an intent to readopt this emergency ordinance at the Town Council's regular meeting of October 5, 2020. Motion by Council Member Springsteen; second Council Member Potter. Motion carried unanimously. A motion was made that the Action Item be approve.
