Resolution VPAC21-018 Resolution continuity of government Ms. Biles read the Continuity of Government Resolution. All agreed via voice vote. 2. Welcome and Roll Call 3. Approval of the Minutes: VPAC21-021 Approval of April 20, 2021 Minutes Motion to Accept – Ms. Aglio Second – Mr. Cheselka Approved 4. Regular Business Brochure update • Ms. Bruno reported that the designer would like to change the VPAC logo to incorporate secondary patterns, which could be identified in VPAC projects. • The brochure would be a tri-fold to include the VPAC mission statement, accomplished projects, donation information and future projects-using lively colors and photos. • The designer is not charging VPAC, instead requesting a letter of recommendation. VPAC21-023 Vienna Public Art Foundation Update • Ms. Aglio reported that the Articles of Incorporation were amended. Ms. Aglio and Ms. Bruno revised the mission statement. This must be filed in order to complete the 501c3 status. • Conference session with Council on May 24 to discuss how two VPA members will be appointed. • There is no update on The Community Arts Grant application. Ms. Blevins will follow up with the Virginia Commission for the Arts to check on the status. VPAC21-024 VGSL shed mural project update • Mr. Temple has completed the middle section and will add another tier to make it look bigger. Mr. Comerford will go by to take photos to share with VPAC members. VPAC21-026 Green Heart Juice mural • Ms. Biles reported there is no design yet. Meeting Adjournment Mr. Cheselka made a motion to adjourn. The motion was seconded by Ms. Bruno. The motion passed unanimously.
