Now naming the other Park at Villa and Julia Ave, doesn’t fall in the same category. Suggested Villa and Julia –name Sugar Creek Park, creek flows thru not a detention pond but still a flood plain area, has limitations, possibly a walking path, benches, trees, any item that would not impede creek. Need to go through Mark Giueero at public works. Spoke about Rotary Park, suggested natural plants there and natural plants at Julia, folks who live at Villa and Julia park, may be concerned about effects of natural plants.
