The Council asks that you keep your comments concise and positive. Creative criticism, presented with appropriate courtesy, is welcome. Each speaker will be allowed three minutes, and a timer will notify you when your time is expired. Please begin your comments by stating and spelling your name and providing your city of residence. Public comment was received from Mikki K. and April Lancaster. CONSENT CALENDAR Consent Calendar items are considered routine and will be enacted in one motion. A motion was made by Council Member Brian Poochigian, seconded by Council Member Steve Nelsen, to approve the Consent Calender. Notice of Award of Convention Center Elevator Modernization - 25-0215 Authorize the City Manager to execute an agreement with TK Elevator Corporation in the amount of $642,850 for the Convention Center Elevator Modernization Project. 2. Award Contract for Culvert Replacement - Authorize the City 25-0229 Manager to award the construction contract with Dawson-Mauldin, LLC for RFB 24-25-60, Mill Creek Culvert Replacement Project, in the amount of $1,403,118. 3. Construction Management Services Contract Award - Authorize 25-0268 the City Manager to execute an agreement with NV5, Inc. to provide construction management and materials testing services for the Solids Handling Improvement Project at the Visalia Water Reclamation Facility in the amount of $1,243,847.69 ADJOURN TO CLOSED SESSION - 8:15 AM (Or, immediately following Special Meeting) Mayor Taylor stated that the special meeting would adjourn, and that the closed session would follow immediately afterward.
