Board of Trustees Special Meeting

. Village of Walden Board of Trustees Special Meeting November 7, 2019 Mayor Rumbold called the regular meeting of the Village of Walden Board of Trustees to order at 6:00pm. On roll call the following were: Present: Mayor Sue Rumbold Trustees Faith Moore John Ramos Larry Kraus Brian Sebring Absent: Dan Svarczkopf Lynn E. Thompson Also Present: Marisa Kraus, Village Clerk Kelly A. Kelly, Village Treasurer Dave Donovan, Village Attorney Action Items Payment of Audited Bills Trustee Ramos made a motion to pay Audited Bills. Seconded by Deputy Mayor Moore. All ayes. Motion carried. Bond Resolution Treasurer Kelly: For us to obtain the funding, the Larkin Grant, there was a small portion that the Village had to put in towards the building. We are requesting up to $150k, maybe a little bit less, we have to show DASNY before they will approve the grant. We're not bonding for it right now. We just have to show intent. We would bond over 5 years through a BAN as we usually do. Deputy Mayor Moore: Just for clarification, how much in total? Treasurer Kelly: Just under a million. Trustee Ramos: Around $640k. Trustee Ramos made a motion to approve the Bond Resolution. Seconded by Trustee Sebring. All ayes. Motion carried. Amthor Annexation, SEQRA Review Deputy Mayor Moore made a motion for Negative Declaration. Seconded by Trustee Ramos. All ayes. Motion carried. 1  . Deputy Mayor Moore: I did happen to see on the agenda, though, for the town of Montgomery this evening that they are going to be talking about setting the date for the joint meeting for the other annexation, the street. Just so everyone else is aware that that's on their agenda this evening. They’re going to be setting the date to talk about it. Motion to Adjourn Deputy Mayor Moore made a motion adjourn meeting. Seconded by Trustee Ramos. All ayes. Motion carried. 2  .
