November 5, 2020
Mayor Taylor called the regular meeting of the Village of Walden Board of Trustees to order at
4:00pm.
On roll call the following were:
Present: Mayor Sue Taylor
Trustees John Ramos
Lynn Thompson
Willie Carley
Brian Sebring
Absent Cheryl Baker
Also Present: John Revella, Village Manager
Marisa Kraus, Village Clerk
Action Items
Payment of Audited Bills
Deputy Mayor Ramos made a motion to pay Audited Bills. Seconded by Trustee Thompson. All
ayes. Motion carried.
Tax Relevy
Deputy Mayor Ramos made a motion to approve Tax Relevy. Seconded by Trustee Thompson. All
ayes. Motion carried.
Motion to Adjourn
Deputy Mayor Ramos made a motion to adjourn meeting. Seconded by Trustee Thompson. All
ayes. Motion carried.
