. Village of Walden Board of Trustees Special Meeting November 2, 2021 Mayor Ramos called the regular meeting of the Village of Walden Board of Trustees to order at 3:00pm. On roll call the following were: Present: Mayor John Ramos Deputy Mayor Willie Carley Trustees Lynn Thompson Brian Sebring Trish Maher Cheryl Baker Absent John Elliott Also Present: John Revella, Village Manager Marisa Kraus, Village Clerk Action Items Payment of Audited Bills Deputy Mayor Ramos made a motion to pay Audited Bills. Seconded by Trustee Baker. All ayes. Motion carried. Tax Relevy Trustee Baker made a motion to approve Tax Relevy. Seconded by Trustee Thompson. All ayes. Motion carried. Motion to Adjourn Trustee Sebring made a motion to adjourn meeting. Seconded by Trustee Thompson. All ayes. Motion carried. 1  .
