Village of Walden Board of Trustees Special Meeting January 9, 2023 Mayor Ramos called the regular meeting of the Village of Walden Board of Trustees to order at 5:30pm. On roll call the following were: Mayor: John Ramos Present: Deputy Mayor Willie Carley Trustees John Elliott Brian Sebring Absent: Lynn Thompson Becky Pearson Patricia Maher Also Present: John Revella, Village Manager Payment of Audited Bills Trustee Elliott made a motion to approve payment of audited bills. Seconded by Trustee Sebring. All ayes. Motion carried. 1
