BOROUGH OF MIDLAND PARK BOARD OF HEALTH Reorganization Meeting Minutes Monday, January 19, 2023 The Reorganization Meeting, held at Midland Park Borough Hall, was called to order at 7:30pm by N. Reddy. The Opening Statement was read according to the Sunshine Law and was followed by Roll Call: PRESENT: M. Giordano K. Hillringhouse D. Guy G. Hazley A. Paradiso A. Larro R. Rose D. Palladino ABSENT: K. Tone M. Weber PROFESSIONALS: N. Reddy, Health Officer C. Woodward, Administrative Assistant MOTION TO ELECT OFFICERS: N. Reddy asked if anyone was willing to make nominations. D. Guy suggested to keep the slate from 2022 if all still willing. R. Rose seconded the motion. K. Hillringhouse agreed to remain president for 2023 and D. Palladino as Vice President. PRESIDENT: K.
