Specifically, the time, date, and location were included in the annual notice of meetings adopted by the Municipal Council of the Borough of Waldwick, posted in the Administration Building, 63 Franklin Turnpike, Waldwick, NJ 07463 by the Municipal Clerk’s Office, sent to The Bergen Record.
