WALDWICK ZONING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT FORMAL SESSION October 22, 2025 The Formal Session of the Waldwick Zoning Board of Adjustment was held on Wednesday, October 22, 2025 at 8:00 p.m. and was called to order by Marty Nieman, Chairman, who made the announcement of adequate notice of all meetings. APPROVAL OF MINUTES: A motion was made by Mr. Sanzo and seconded by Mr. Walsh for the approval of the Minutes of September 24, 2025. The Minutes were approved as submitted. RESOLUTIONS: WENDEL 104 Manhattan Avenue 25-Q Block 39, Lot 32 Ed Sherman, Architect Covered Porch and Add-a-level RESOLUTION JOHNSON 58 Waldwick Avenue 25-R Block 22, Lot 2 Ed Sherman, Architect 2ND Floor Dormer RESOLUTION MALEKSON 107 E. Prospect Street 25-S Block 41, Lot 46 Ed Sherman, Architect 1-Story Right Side Addition RESOLUTION 1 A motion was made for the approval of the Resolutions by Mr. Sanzo and seconded by Mr. Cericola. A unanimous vote was taken. The Resolutions were approved.
