Also Present: Matt Groesser and Scott Corbin from Kent County Emergency Management Discussion Items a) Approval of Minutes from January 23, 2023 Motion by Commissioner Burke, Seconded by Commissioner Gilbert to approve the January 23, 2023 meeting minutes. b) Discussion on Support Emergency Operations Plan Draft Fire Chief Dave Pelton reviewed the changes and updates to the Support Emergency operations Plan that were discussed at the January 23, 2023 meeting. It was decided to forward the plan to the City Commission for approval with minor adjustments as discussed. Motion by Commissioner Burke, seconded by Commissioner Gilbert to forward the plan to the City Commission. c) Discuss Upcoming Scenario Fire Chief Pelton reviewed the scenario plan with the committee. Discussion took place regarding who to include, what should be involved and how long the scenario should take.
