Motion Carried. b) Restructuring Temporary Use Regulations Motion by Melanie Grooters, seconded by Dan Kent to approve proposed restructuring of Temporary Use Regulations and move to City Commission for approval. Motion Carried. c) Residential Fencing Requirements Motion by Dan Kent, seconded by Melanie Grooters to approve proposed Residential Fence Requirements and to move to City Commission for approval. Motion Carried. d) EMC Signs - Previously discussed Motion by Dan Kent, seconded by Melanie Grooters to approve proposed EMC Sign changes and move to City Commission for approval. Motion Carried. Ordinance Discussion in progress a) Text amendment to expand A zone district housing options - Discussion was held on this topic and Dan Powers will continue to evaluate options for a discussion at a future meeting. Dan Powers will continue to evaluate and bring back to committee for more discussion. New Business a) Public sewer/public water requirements in SA zone districts - Discussion was held on this topic and Dan Powers will have Attorney J. Sluggett review potential language to bring back to the Committee.
