Call Meeting to Order - Record Attendance Members present: D. Brinza, S.Gallagher, T. Sipka, R. Smith, J. DeGroot, D. Prato, N. Smith and C. Ludwick. Members absent: M. Grooters and J. Banfill. City Staff Present: DPW Director Gary Postema, City Engineer Scott Conners, Communications Manager/DDA Business Relations Manager Nicole DiDonato, and Planning Director Paula Priebe. 2. Introduction of new City Manager and DDA Board member, Shay Gallagher 3. Approval of Minutes Motion by D. Prato, supported by J. DeGroot, to approve the minutes from the February 17, 2026 DDA meeting. Motion carried. 4. Business Meet and Greet - Dr. Daniel Hunderford of Freedom Chiropractic Dr. Daniel Hungerford of Platinum Chiropractic in Standale was present at the meeting. Dr. Hungerford introduced himself and provided an overview of his business to the Downtown Development Authority (DDA) Board. 5. Business Relations Manager Updates N. DiDonato gave a Placer AI presentation on the 10-year projected growth in and around Standale. The presentation indicated that Standale’s customer base is projected to increase by approximately 15 percent by 2034. The Board discussed how this growth may influence future development, including housing, retail, and dining opportunities. 6. Engineering/Facility Updates S Conners provided updates on the Vista 45 project. Infrastructure work is expected to begin soon, pending final permit approvals. In addition, preliminary design work is underway for a trail connecting Fire Station 2 to the Community Park. Construction of the trail is anticipated to be completed by the end of 2026. 7. Planning Updates There were no new Planning Department updates. P Priebe invited DDA Board members to attend the April 1 Planning Commission meeting. The meeting will be held as a work session to review and discuss the housing assessment. 8. Other Business/Updates Page 2 of 4  9. Next Meeting Date and Time - Tuesday, April 21, 2026, at 7:30 AM.
