Licenses & Franchises Committee Meeting Minutes June 2, 2025 The Chair called the meeting to order at 7:40 p.m. Present: Councillors Dunn, Hanley, Logan, Vidal Absent: Councillor Katz Councillor Dun moved to approve the minutes. The motion was approved by a voice vote. Councillor Dunn moved approval of the minutes from 5/19/2025. The motion was approved by a voice vote. Jerry LeBlanc Plaque 200 Trapelo Councillor Logan moved to hear from the Mayor. The motion was approved by a voice vote. Mayor McCarthy spoke about Mr. LeBlanc and placing a plaque near the activity center. Councillor Logan moved approval. The motion was approved by a voice vote. Class II Global Lease 260 Bear Hill Road Councillor Logan moved to take the matter form the table. The motion was approved by a voice vote. Councillor Logan reviewed the conditions with the petitioner. Attorney LaClair said the petitioner would provide a letter from a repair shop confirm that they have a business relationship. Councillor Logan moved approval. The motion was approved by a voice vote. Grant of Location Cutter Street Councillor Logan moved to take the matter from the table. The motion was approved by a voice vote. Councillor Logan reviewed the plan of the work including the location of the cabinets with Wires Director Kelly. Director Kelly said the utilities would provide an updated plan. Councillor Logan moved approval of the grant of location. The motion was approved by a voice vote.
