AT THE ARTHUR J. CLARK GOVERNMENT CENTER IN THE PUBLIC MEETING ROOM AT 119 SCHOOL STREET, WALTHAM. THE BOARD WILL HEAR THE FOLLOWING ISSUES AND OTHER MATTERS THAT MAY COME PROPERLY BEFORE THE BOARD. 1.) Requests from Guanachapi’s and Pho & Spice for the following licensees’ applications for Outdoor Dining on Moody Street 2026 from May 22, 2026, through September 7, 2026, from 11:00am – 11:00pm. Prior approval from City Clerk and Traffic Commission, and the Building Department to approve when the set-up is in place on parking spaces with barriers. 2.) An application request for a change of manager from the Waltham Restaurant Group, Inc. d/b/a Tio Juan’s Margaritas 211 Moody Street, Waltham MA from Nicole Grasso to new manage Susan Marie Jimenez. 3.)
