Specific Relief Sought: § 4.2181(a) requires that the sum of the widths of the two side yards shall not be less than 16 feet for buildings over one story. Petitioners have an existing sum of 15.65 feet. As a result, the east-end side-yard setback is required to be 10.3 feet but is only 9.95 feet, for a de minimis deficiency of .35 feet.
