ACTION ON MINUTES June 10, 2020 Village Board Meeting June 24, 2020 Village Board Budget Meeting Motion to approve amended 4/29/2020 Village Board Meeting Minutes. Minutes following the 04/29/2020 Village Board Meeting Approval KC Engineering requests DWSRF Change Order 4 for $82,806 to update the available funds needed to cover remaining design, administration, and construction phase engineering services for the Contract 5 scope. Contract 5 scope will include installation of 12-inch water main connection from Village of Wappingers Falls to Town of Wappinger (approx 750 LF) on Losee Road. The connection will include metering, pressure relief, and chlorine boost facilities. AUTHORIZATION TO PAY BILLS AS PER APPROVED WARRANTS REGULAR SESSION: RESOLUTION NO. 252020 of 2020 RESOLUTION ADOPTING DISCRIMINATION AND HARASSMENT POLICY, ESTABLISHING COMPLAINT FORM AND COMPLIANCE OFFICERS Page 1 of 4  The following Resolution was introduced by _____________________ and seconded by _______________________. WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 296 of the New York State Executive Law, the Village of Wappingers Falls must formulate a Discrimination and Harassment Policy and complaint form which is in compliance with the New York State Model Policy; and WHEREAS, the Village of Wappingers Falls previously adopted a Sexual Harassment Policy on October 10, 2018, by Resolution No. 201809, and now desires to update their Policy in accordance with NYMIR’s recommendations; now, therefore BE IT RESOLVED, that the Village Board of Trustees of the Village of Wappingers Falls adopts the Village of Wappingers Falls Policy Against Discrimination and Harassment, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof as the official Discrimination and Harassment Policy of the Village; and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Village shall provide a copy of this policy along with the attached complaint form, within five (5) days of its adoption by the Village Board; and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Village’s Compliance Officers are: Village Attorney Village Clerk ; and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that this Resolution shall take effect immediately.
