Page 1 of 6  WHEREAS, the Village Board of Trustees desires to limit the hours of parking at the Franny Reese Park, including no parking on specified days and times in order to allow for parking lot maintenance; and WHEREAS, the Village Board hereby determines that it is in the interest of public safety and government efficiency that time limit parking be placed at the Franny Reese Park; and WHEREAS, the Village Board has determined that pursuant to 6 NYCRR 617.5 (c) (20) the proposed adoption of the aforementioned Local Law is a Type II action not requiring environmental review pursuant to State Environmental Quality Review Act (SEQRA) and, accordingly, no environmental review has been undertaken; now, therefore BE IT RESOLVED, that the Village Board of Trustees hereby introduces for consideration of its adoption proposed “Local Law No. ____ of the Year 2020, Amending Chapter 143.
