CLOSED SESSION PARKS AND RECREATION BOARD The Parks and Recreation Board will convene their closed session in room 3 at 445 E Gay Street, Warrensburg Call to Order Roll Call CLOSED SESSION Vote to close part of the meeting pursuant to section 610.021 of the Revised Statues of Missouri, relating to: (3) Hiring, firing, disciplining, or promoting of individual employees when personal information concerning the employee is discussed or recorded. (12) Documents or any documents related to a negotiated contract until a contract is execute, or all proposals are rejected. (13) Individually identifiable personnel records, performance ratings or records pertaining to employees or applicants for employment.
