Gay, Warrensburg 2 PM Monday, August 2, 2021 A work session of the Warrensburg Convention and Visitors Bureau was held at the Warrensburg Community Center, 445 E. Gay, Warrensburg on Monday, August 2, 2021. The meeting was called to order at 2:15 PM. Board Treasurer Diane Whitworth presiding. Roll Call was as follows: Present: Dana Phelps, Kelly Brooks, Diane Thompson, Diane Whitworth); ex officio members Danielle Dulin, Danielle Fesler, and Jim Kushner Absent: Scott Thomason, Tom Koenigsfeld and Ginny McTighe The adoption of the agenda was considered. Brooks motioned and Whitworth seconded to adopt the agenda as presented. Motion passed. The Board worked with facilitator Ward Franz to discuss the organization’s vision, mission, and values.
