Warrensburg Convention & Visitors Bureau Visitor Center Committee Meeting Notes 9:30 a.m. Wednesday, October 9, 2024 Via Zoom A meeting of the Warrensburg Convention and Visitors Bureau Visitor Center Committee was held via Zoom on Wednesday, October 9, 2024, at 9:35 a.m. Roll was called as follows: Present: JonAllen Cocumelli, Kelly Brooks and Jim Kushner; Diane Thompson joined at 9:38 a.m. The adoption of the agenda was considered. Brooks made a motion to adopt the agenda as presented. The motion was seconded by Cocumelli. Motion passed. The appointment of a committee chair was discussed. Kelly Brooks was nominated. Brooks agreed to serve. Kushner made the motion. Motion carried. The WCVB Director provided the history of the Visitors Center at 205 N Holden Street, Warrenburg: an overview of the Center’s operations, and current and future maintenance items. The committee directed the WCVB Director to get an estimate for replacing the backdoor of the Center to the alleyway, framing of the mechanical room and opening the interior doorway to give access to the upper level from the lower level. Future meetings will be held on an as needed basis. The meeting was adjourned at 9:54 a.m.
