Warrensburg Convention & Visitors Bureau Marketing Committee Meeting Notes 10 a.m. Wednesday, December 16, 2024 Via Zoom A meeting of the Warrensburg Convention and Visitors Bureau Marketing Committee was held via Zoom on Monday, December 16, 2024, at 10:03 a.m. Roll was called as follows: Present: Cody Jolliff, Dana Phelps (joined 10:07 am) and Diane Thompson; Absent Kelsey Lee The adoption of the agenda was considered. Jolliff made a motion to adopt the agenda as presented. The motion was seconded by Thompson. Motion passed. Director presented a draft of the request for proposals for a visitor profile study. The committee discussed the project’s timeline, evaluation criteria and scope of work. The committee discussed including the project’s projected budget. Consensus was to exclude the budget. Meeting adjourned at 10:52 a.m.
